To maintain freshness, flavor, and nutritional quality, please follow the storage and reheating instructions below.

Storage Instructions

All meals are prepared fresh and delivered chilled.

• Refrigerate immediately upon delivery
• Store at or below 40°F (4°C)
• Keep meals sealed until ready to eat
• Consume within the recommended freshness window provided on the label

If you do not plan to eat a meal within a few days, freezing is recommended.

Freezing Guidelines

• Freeze before the “consume by” date
• Keep meals sealed tightly
• Store in freezer-safe conditions
• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating

Freezing may slightly affect texture, especially for rice and vegetables, but nutritional value remains intact.

Reheating Instructions

Reheating times may vary depending on portion size and appliance strength.

Microwave (Recommended)

• Slightly lift or vent the meal lid
• Heat for 1.5–3 minutes
• Stir halfway if applicable
• Ensure internal temperature is fully heated before consuming

Let the meal rest for 1 minute after heating for even temperature distribution.

Oven

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
• Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish
• Cover with foil
• Heat for 10–15 minutes or until warmed through

Food Safety Reminder

• Do not reheat more than once
• Discard if the meal develops unusual odor, texture, or appearance
• Always ensure meals are heated thoroughly before eating
